The current project 'Delivering Views-Delivering Texts' of the Cultural Centre Phaneromenis 70 is based on exchanges of images and texts focused on Nicosia and Cyprus.
In recent years, we've been collecting photos and texts sent to us by tourists who visited Cyprus, which help us achieve a new approach and interpretation of our hometown through the foreigner's point of view.
The archive material compiled is periodically delivered to editors, intellectuals or artists, so that they comment by choice on anything that moves them.
Our ambition is to stimulate the senses, the emotions and thoughts through the circulation of images and ideas, so as to start a new conversation on things that we - through our own movements - miss or don't register.
